Ligaya Flowers Terms and Conditions (Applies to Wedding Floral Packages)

  • Wedding planning can be very stressful. I know! I have been through it not so long ago! We do everything in our power to make sure your wood floral arrangements are the least stressful part of your wedding by holding your hand through every stage of the process.

  • This is why our process begins 90 days before the wedding. By 90 days before your big day, you confirm the package you would like to have. Since each order is fully customized for you - our valued client, an initial 50% deposit is made so we can begin purchasing and organizing the materials to make your beautiful wedding package.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

  • Paying the deposit seals this contract and acts as a client's agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this writing.

  • The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the due date so we can complete the order and get the arrangements to you 30 days before the wedding. Why do we do that? We do that because although we do our very best to hand pack your order using lots of bubble wrap in sturdy boxes with a giant fragile sticker, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances with the shipping company. We have never had a damaged product before but we want to make sure you have no stress as you approach your wedding day.

  • After the final payment is received, your order will be shipped or delivered as agreed ahead of time.

  • If your order arrives with any damage, please take a picture immediately and send it to us so we can create a replacement item and get it to you in time to ensure you have a magical day!

  • We understand that unexpected changes and updates will occur up until your event date/order due date, and will make every conceivable effort to accommodate my circumstance(s). Unfortunately, with last-minute changes, we cannot guarantee that the same flowers or greenery will be available on orders made after the original request, but we will work diligently to match the color and style as closely as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Applicable to Pre made Products

Although all sales are final, we will do our best to understand and accommodate some changes and cancellations. Here's what we can do:

  • Changes to an order should be made within 24 hours of submitting an order. We cannot guarantee any change to orders placed beyond the 24-hour timeframe.

  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of purchase will be given a 30% refund based on the final price of a product.

  • Cancellations made beyond 24 hours will be given a 20% refund based on the final price of a product.

  • Prices indicated in the products page are for pre-made pieces. If you want to customize colors, please contact us for a qoute.

  • The customer agrees to these terms and conditions when placing and finalizing an order.

  • For any concerns, we encourage our customers to contact us before submitting an order.
